Overview

The Graduate Engineer position is intended for new or recent graduates. Young engineers will expand their engineering knowledge by working with senior engineers and managers to perform basic strcutural design and drawing.

Responsibilities

Basic calculations for the design of various structural elements; simple structurual modeling; working with Autocad and BIM software to produce design 2d and 3d structural drawings; site visits and taking field measurements.

Senior Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years, P.E.

Overview

The Senior Engineer takes a leadership role, running the day to day operations of projects. This requires strong technical skills, time management, ability to manage resources, determining the proper solutions for the problem, and ensuring quality control for the engineering of the project.

Responsibilities

Advanced engineering and structural modeling; scheming and determining appropriate structural systems and solutions; quality control; good client interaction skills; manage time and resources of team; review of work by junior engineers; advanced detailing and bim modeling; creating and advancing standards.
