Description:
This Upper East Side landmarked townhouse underwent a complete renovation and expansion. The historic limestone facade was restored using historically appropriate materials and detailing. At the rear a new one story extension was added with the extension roof providing a 2nd floor terrace.

A new story was added to the building, providing a penthouse with front and rear landscaped roof terraces. The existing floor framing was retained where possible and reinforced or replaced where required.
