To create Aqua Spa an entire floor level was removed from this existing timber and masonry commercial building. Within the resulting double height space a new pool and concrete deck were constructed.

Connection from the lobby to the spa is accomplished by a new three story stair enclosed by a glass box that partially overhangs the pool.
