Building:
800 unit residential spanning two buildings (63 & 67) occupying an entire city block in the financial district. Built in 1929 the steel frame and concrete 37 story building was designed by Delano & Aldrich.

Structural Scope:
Extensive structural work related to the renovation of the residential and retail components: slab infills, slab openings, new and modified elevators, new stairs, new grand stairs, new wall openings, mezzanines and catwalks, reconfiguration/removal of parking.
