"30 Warren is a boutique ground-up new development condominium transforming an entire block-front in Tribeca. Designed by Francois Leininger of Post-Office Architectes, 30 Warren houses 23 design-forward residences with a clean and refreshing Tribeca aesthetic with distinctly modern layouts." - Francois Leininger
Structure:
Tocci Engineering provided full structural engineering design for both buildings and the accessory components.
30 Warren is a concrete flat plate structure. 102 Chambers is a structural steel building, it features a curtain wall that wraps onto the roof and required special attention to exposed structural detailing.. The two buildings share two below grade levels which directly abut the NYC Subway and required special detailing to minimize interaction with the system. The existing basement walls were left in place as support of excavation and the new structure walked inboard at these levels.
